This State Heritage listed property has been restored and subtly altered to create a livable, contemporary family home.

This home has had many iterations. Originally a Victorian mansion, then a school, boarding house and finally commercial offices prior to the current owners taking over custodianship and reverting it back to a family home.

Restoration included peeling back the layers, removing numerous kitchenettes, office toilets and air conditioning units, then restoring the bones back to original condition. Along the way we made some subtle changes to transform the building and its surrounds into a comfortable and beautiful place to live.
